Shipping Policy – Address Accuracy & Reshipment FAQ

What if I enter the wrong shipping address?


Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. Morally Grey Margins is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Will I receive a refund if my package is returned due to an incorrect address?

No. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address are not eligible for a refund.

Can my order be reshipped if it is returned to you?


Yes. If your package is returned to us, reshipment is available at the customer’s expense. The customer is responsible for all reshipping fees.

Product FAQ – Handmade Items & Production

Are your products handmade?


Yes! Many of our items are handcrafted in-house with care and attention to detail. Below is a breakdown of how our products are made.

How are Kindle inserts made?

All Kindle inserts are printed and laminated in-house by us to ensure quality, durability, and a premium finish.

How are MagSafe grips made?

All MagSafe grips are made in-house using either printable shrink paper or sublimation acrylic. They are laser cut using our xTool F1 and sealed with UV resin for protection and longevity.

How are Kindle charms made?


Most Kindle charms are made in-house using the same methods as our MagSafe grips, including laser cutting and UV resin sealing such as our dustplug charms

Please note: some Kindle charm styles are currently outsourced while we expand production.

How are bookmarks made?

All bookmarks are printed in-house to maintain consistency and quality.

Are any items assembled in-house even if components are sourced?

Yes. Any products that use silicone beads are assembled in-house by us.

Which keychains are made in-house?

Select keychains—including leather keychains, engraved keychains, and silicone bead keychains—are made or assembled in-house.

How do you include a book with your blind dates?

Your Blind Date with a Kindle will include a free book or a Kindle Unlimited book.
