By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service as well as our Shipping, Returns, Refund, and Exchange Policies. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or purchase products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to place an order. By using this site, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account with us:

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Morally Grey Margins.

  • We accept all major payment methods, including Shopify Payments, PayPal, major credit cards, Cash App Pay, and more.

  • Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be verified or if there is a discrepancy.

5. Product Information

  • All products are handmade in-house.

  • We strive to display accurate product colors and details, but slight variations may occur due to lighting, screens, and handmade processes.

  • Customized or personalized products are final sale, unless defective or damaged in transit.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

  • Shipping policies are described in our Shipping Policy, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS standard shipping times.

  • Customers may opt into package protection via our Extras collection at checkout for added shipping security.

  • Once items are shipped, risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer, except for items damaged in transit.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

7. Returns

  • Returns are accepted in accordance with our Returns Policy, including international and EU 14-day cooling-off period compliance.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and free of damage.

  • Any items returned without proper packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Customized or personalized products are final sale, unless damaged or defective.

  • Returns for non-damaged goods incur a 5% restocking fee.

  • International returns follow the same rules; shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged during transit.

  • For the EU, customers may cancel or return within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, with items in the same condition as received and proof of purchase.

8. Refunds

  • Refunds are provided only for items damaged during shipping.

  • Refunds are issued as store credit, along with a 10% discount code for future purchases.

  • Customers are never required to return damaged items.

  • No refunds are offered for buyer’s remorse, non-damaged items, or custom/personalized products.

9. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 business days of receiving the item.

  • Items must be in original condition, with no damage, scuffs, or signs of use.

  • Exchanges are only permitted for items from the same collection (e.g., Grip for Grip, Insert for Insert).

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged in transit.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website—including images, designs, logos, text, and product descriptions—is owned by Morally Grey Margins or licensed to us.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morally Grey Margins is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website.

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
