Order Processing Time

All items are made to order.

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is successfully completed.
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
  • Processing times may increase slightly during high-volume periods, seasonal releases, or promotional events.

Processing time refers to the time required to create, prepare, and package your order before shipment.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using reliable, reputable carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout prior to purchase.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates begin after order processing is complete.

United States (Domestic)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout when applicable

International Orders

  • Delivery times vary based on destination and local postal services.
  • Customs processing times are not included in delivery estimates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

All applicable shipping charges are clearly displayed before checkout is completed.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier receives your package.

Address Accuracy & Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

  • Orders returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address are not eligible for refunds.
  • All sales are final on packages returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses.
  • If a returned package qualifies for reshipment, the customer is responsible for all additional shipping charges.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has shipped.

Delays & Carrier Issues

Morally Grey Margins is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Customs inspections or international regulations
  • Events outside of our control

We will assist with tracking inquiries whenever possible.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date or estimated delivery window.

  • Photo documentation may be required.
  • Claims are subject to carrier review.
  • Optional package protection may be available at checkout for additional coverage.

International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs fees
  • Import duties
  • Taxes imposed by their country

These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Shipping-Related Returns & Reshipments

Packages returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or failure to collect may be reshipped at the customer’s expense once received back by Morally Grey Margins.
