🔄 Returns Policy – Morally Grey Margins

At Morally Grey Margins, we want every item to arrive in perfect condition. Our return policy is designed to comply with international standards, including the European Union 14-day cooling-off period.

General Return Conditions:

  • All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and free of damage.

  • Any items returned without proper packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

  • Returns for non-damaged goods incur a 5% restocking fee.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged during transit.

Damaged Items in Transit:

  • If an item arrives damaged, please provide photos of all sides of the packaging and photos showing the damage to the product.

  • Damaged items are eligible for a full return or exchange, and shipping costs will be covered by us. You can also select store credit to purchase again with a 10% off coupon or free shipping coupon.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

  • If shipping to the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.

  • Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Shipping costs for EU returns are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item was damaged or defective.

💰 Refund Policy – Morally Grey Margins

  • Refunds are offered only in cases where items are damaged during shipping.

  • Damaged items will be credited as store credit, along with a 10% discount or free shipping code for future purchases.

  • Customers are never required to return damaged products.

  • No refunds are offered for buyer’s remorse, non-damaged items, or custom/personalized products.

🔁 Exchange Policy – Morally Grey Margins

  • Exchanges are available within 7 business days of receiving the item.

  • Items must be in original condition, with no damage, scuffs, or signs of use.

  • Exchanges are allowed only for items from the same collection (e.g., Grip for Grip, Insert for Insert).

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged in transit.
